Prominent role in benchmark project

Marc Paschedag, ICT Services Contract Manager at Rabo Vastgoedgroep: “We met A&B Groep during an earlier large-scale benchmark project that was being conducted for a large multinational. The purpose of the project was to provide insight into the suppliers from which the various business units and subsidiaries purchased their telecom services and at which prices. A&B Groep played a prominent role in this project and demonstrated a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach and extensive professional expertise.”

Testing services for market conformity

Marc Paschedag: “The Rabo Vastgoedgroep needed to test a services package which we purchase from a large telecom provider for market conformity. With all of its expertise, A&B Groep was able to provide up-to-date price information on various components. In part assisted by a consultant of A&B Groep, we then conducted negotiations with our current provider.

Strong position during negotiations

Marc Paschedag: “The benchmark conducted by A&B Groep confirmed what we already thought, namely that telecom expenses were not in line with market conditions. This knowledge strengthened our position during the final round of negotiations with the telecom provider. In the end we achieved significant savings.”

“Subsequent cooperation only logical”

Marc Paschedag: “We recently concluded a Telecom Expense Management agreement with A&B Groep. TEM now enables us to gain insight into our telecom expenses at both user and organisational level. With these new data we can now, among other things, re-assess and optimise the number of mobile subscriptions. Our decision to continue our cooperation with A&B Groep stems from our satisfaction with previous results.
